The WRX STI features track-tuned suspension, a powerful 305 horsepower turbocharged engine, and an STI exclusive Driver Controlled Center Differential (DCCD) All-Wheel Drive. Contrasted with Subaru's standard continuous AWD, DCCD AWD uses a limited-slip differential, and uses sensors to monitor wheel slippage, steering angle, throttle position and braking to calculate ideal torque distribution for each wheel.
With all that extra moving power, the WRX STI is equipped with extra stopping power, too. Brembo performance brakes are ready for the race track with fade-free braking.
