Many of our customers here at Don Miller Subaru West develop more questions after going home and enjoying their car for a few weeks. Your Subaru is engineered with advanced technology to make sure you're safe, comfortable, and entertained on every drive.

My name is Molly Heckman, and at Don Miller Subaru West I'm a Love Encore Specialist. That means I'm here to help you with any questions you develop about your new Subaru! We can go over Apple Carplay, Android Auto, Adaptive Cruise Control, Homelink, Navigation, My Subaru App, Multi Function Displays, and so much more!
This Appointment will take place anywhere from 14 to 60 days after you take home your new Subaru! During your 60 minute appointment we can go at a pace set by you! Once we finish the appointment you will receive a $50 Gas Card to Kwik Trip from Don Miller, you will also be enrolled in Subaru's Gifts For Good Program where you will receive a gift of your choice as a thank you for your time and commitment. Each gift listed comes with a social or environmental impact that helps the world become a better place!

Important things to note about your new Subaru!
If you are having trouble connecting your phone to your new Subaru try a couple tricks below!
- Restarting your phone or vehicle
- Turn Bluetooth off then back on
- Update your phone to the latest version
When refueling it's important to know on Subaru vehicles the car must be unlocked to open the gas door for refueling! On hybrid vehicles you must push the fuel door button on the inside of the vehicle by your left knee, you may have to wait a few moments but the fuel door will pop open once it's finished depressurizing the gas tank!

Customers should come in for the first maintenance at 6,000 miles or 6 months, whatever comes first, this will take place in our Express Service Lane! This appointment will include an oil change, oil filter change, tire rotation, and multi point inspection!
Electric Vehicles should be brought in every 5,000 miles or 6 months for a tire rotation and multi point inspection, this will take place in our Express Service Lane! Every 10,000 miles or 12 months the vehicle should be brought in for a tire rotation, alignment check, and multipoint inspection which will take place in our Main Service Department!

Who is your Love Encore Specialist?
My name is Molly Heckman, I have been at Don Miller Subaru West for 3 years! I started my journey here in our Service Department assisting customers with service questions and scheduling! About a year and a half later I was moved to New Car Sales where I helped Customers find the Subaru best fit for them! Shortly after I was moved to the Love Encore Position where I am today! The best part of my job is helping customers feel more comfortable with their new vehicle and watching them fall in love with it all over again!
