Car companies are filled with ambitious designers who are constantly creating new futuristic concepts and ideas that could go into the vehicles they build. Of course it's not always feasible to build every model these guys dream up. So when physically building a car is out of the question, a lot of companies are looking to virtual.

Games like Gran Turismo are excellent outlets for automakers to show off some of their "edgier" vehicles and this week we learned that Subaru will have a beastly sports car of its own in the next iteration of the game.

The car is called the Viziv concept and it almost looks like a hardcore version of the Subaru BRZ. It was designed in-game to offer a hybrid powertrain that consists of a 2.0-liter boxer four-cylinder turbocharged engine and three electric motors with 591 horsepower. AWD Standard of course.
