Recently, Subaru in-concert with its motorsport subsidiary exhibited a new line of performance models at the Tokyo Auto Salon 2022. With an eye towards carbon-neutral efficiency, both Subaru and Subaru Tecnica International (STI) have teamed up to offer a glimpse into the future.

For Subaru enthusiasts, the STI Performance concept incorporates Subaru BRZ and WRX models equipped with STI Performance parts.

The 2022 Subaru BRZ debuted recently and continues to make the news as of recently. This sporty two-door coupe recently earned distinction as one of Car & Driver's 10Best for 2022. Car & Driver surveyed 67 candidates this year, each vehicle evaluated based on its overall value and driving experience. Editors of the magazine pointed out the improved performance of this coupe and its comfortable drive, handling, and its striking new look. 

The Subaru Forester and WRX made news recently as J.D. Power selected both for the Residual Value Awards. The Forester won the award for the category of Best Compact Utility. At the same time, the WRX earned the achievement as the Best Sports Car. J.D. Power evaluates candidates for these awards in 29 vehicle segments, evaluating how much of their initial cost they remain in value for three years. Given Subaru's legendary resilience and value, it is no surprise that these vehicles earned these coveted achievements.
