At Don Miller Subaru, we're committed to keeping our guests throughout the greater Madison, WI area up to date with the latest Subaru Brand endeavors. And while we've been talking a lot lately about the popular Subaru Share the Love event, we'd also like to call out the growing relationship between Subaru and the National Forest Foundation. In fact, the Subaru Brand recently committed to planting one million trees with the help of the National Forest Foundation by 2022.

Now, the Subaru Brand has worked with the National Forest Foundation in the past. Following the swath of California forest fires in 2019, it launched the Subaru Re-Foresting Project, resulting in 500,000 trees being replanted in the effected regions. As wildfires have spread to Idaho, Oregon, and Washington State in recent years, the Subaru Brand is reacting by deepening its partnership with the National Forest Foundation and planting an additional 500,000 trees, totaling over 1 million trees planted.
Of course, reaffirming a partnership with the National Forest Foundation and planting trees isn't the only thing the Subaru Brand is doing to be a better steward to our planet these days. In addition, the Subaru Brand is soon to launch the new Subaru Solterra, it's first-all electric SUV. With zero-emissions and an EPA-estimated range of 220 miles, the new Subaru Solterra is a major step toward reducing overall carbon emissions related to travel.
