This is quintessential Subaru, and Madison, WI drivers are loving it.
We'll be a bit more specific about that. We're talking about the 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek compact crossover, which looks something like a raised hatchback, not really a thoroughbred SUV. That's because the Crosstrek is based on the Impreza compact car, so it boasts carlike handling but a crossover ride height and quintessential Subaru capabilities.
That means that this car-crossover fusion comes with standard all-wheel drive as well as standard off-road capability. Sure, its ground clearance makes the Crosstrek all-terrain-friendly, but it's the nicely tuned suspension and stability control systems that really make this vehicle a true mountain climber.
For more insight into the Crosstrek's unique design, check out the Autotrader video review below, and test drive any of the 2015 models ready and waiting for you here at Don Miller Subaru East. After all, the best way to find out just how confident of a climber a vehicle can be is by taking it for a spin.
